Jenna Barela, EIT
Project Engineer
Jenna grew up in San Antonio, but moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a BS in Architectural Engineering. After graduating, Jenna stayed in Austin to work on structures around the city she’d grown to love. She joined FORT Structures in 2024, and enjoys working on projects that help improve the Austin community.
Outside of work, Jenna is learning how to throw ceramics and renovating her home in East Austin with her partner. She enjoys going to concerts and coffee shops, and you can almost always find her with a book in hand.
